SUNDAY MARCH 22th
Ass exercises : pelvic elevation *50 , kick to the sky *30 with each leg , gluteus *30 with each leg , the cat  *30 with each leg , sit-ups 3 sets of 20 repetition .
MONDAY , MARCH 23th
We improvised a badminton field and we spent all the afternoon playing , also we played just dance .
The badminton was soo funy and after playing just dance we finished sweating a lot !!!
TUESDAY , MARCH 24th
Today we played badminton but most part of the day we spent playing just dance
At the begining it was so funny but then you sweat a lot and at the end you´re tired . I laughted a lot

















WeDNESDAY , MARCH 25th
My mom and me were running around my home during 30´ and later all my family played badminton
It was so strange running in my house! , there´s no much space but I felt well.
THURSDAY , MARCH 26th

FRIDAY , MARCH 27th
